Create your own one-of-a-kind wave serving board with personalized, hands-on instruction at Brule River ArtisTree.

No resin experience is needed. This beginner-friendly class walks you through the process of creating our signature resin waves on a full-size large charcuterie serving board. You’ll choose your own wave colors and create a piece that feels completely your own.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• One full-size large charcuterie serving board
• All resin, pigments, tools, and supplies
• Your choice of available wave colors
• Required PPE, including gloves and eye protection
• Approximately 2 hours of personalized instruction
• Step-by-step guidance through mixing, pouring, creating waves, and working safely with resin
• Studio finishing of your board after class, as needed

No prior resin or art experience is required.

HOW SCHEDULING WORKS

This class is offered by appointment for personalized instruction, allowing you to choose an available date that works for you and receive personalized instruction.

After purchasing your class date deposit, we will contact you to confirm your class date and provide information about preparing for your session.

PAYMENT

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your class.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your class.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and your class date has been scheduled.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION

Resin requires curing time. Your finished board cannot be taken home immediately after class. It will remain at the studio to cure and receive any necessary finishing work. You will be contacted when it is ready for pickup. Shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Resin can permanently damage clothing, so wear something you do not mind getting messy.

PPE must be worn as instructed while working with resin. Participants are expected to follow all studio safety instructions.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

The $75 deposit is non-refundable. We will do out best to reschedule in the event of illness or emergency. If you need to reschedule, please contact Brule River ArtisTree as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability. Missed classes or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Brule River ArtisTree reserves the right to reschedule a class due to illness, weather, studio conditions, or other circumstances that could affect participant safety.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This is a hands-on art class involving epoxy resin, pigments, heat tools, and other art materials. By registering, you acknowledge that you will be working with these materials and agree to follow all provided safety instructions and use the required protective equipment.

Participants should notify Brule River ArtisTree before class of any known sensitivities, allergies, respiratory concerns, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to safely participate.

Participants may be asked to sign a class waiver and safety acknowledgment before beginning the workshop.

ABOUT YOUR FINISHED BOARD

Each board is individually created by you. Variations in waves, colors, cells, movement, and finish are a natural part of resin art and make each piece unique. The full cure time is 30 days, so please consider this when you choose your class date if you intend to give your Board as a gift.

Finished boards are functional art intended for serving and display. Do not cut directly on the resin artwork. Hand wash only with a soft cloth, mild dish soap, and water. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.
